Adding RSS as a return format option and digest as a parameter for querying the /works/ endpoint

Hi Distroidians!

I hope you are all doing well.

Recently, I added an option for returning results from the /works/ endpoint for the DCKG API in RSS format.

You can see an example request in the images below.

Additionally, I added digest as a parameter for the /works/ endpoint as well, so you can now search for Works included in the Digest in the DCKG.
